Shipping Policy

AMR ships research compounds globally via tracked, insured carriers. All peptides are packed with insulated cold-chain materials to maintain stability in transit. Final shipping cost and available carriers are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or bulk orders may require additional lead time, communicated at checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery

• Domestic (US): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International: 5–14 business days after dispatch, plus customs clearance.

These are estimates only. AMR is not responsible for carrier or customs delays once a shipment has left our facility.

3. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your label is generated. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of placing an order, contactsupport@adamresearch.com.

4. International Buyers — Customs & Duties

International buyers are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for verifying that the products you order are legal to import in your country and for paying any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by customs. AMR does not refund orders seized or destroyed by customs. We may decline to ship to jurisdictions where the products are restricted.

5. Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to jurisdictions subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or where research peptides are explicitly prohibited by national law. The list is updated periodically; if your country is restricted you will be notified before payment is captured.

6. Lost or Stolen Shipments

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, contact the carrier first to file a claim, then notify us within 7 days. Lost shipments confirmed by the carrier will be reshipped or refunded.

7. Address Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct, deliverable shipping address. Reshipment due to address errors is at the buyer's expense.
